  • Complete evaluation of each individual conveyor
  • Document wear & tear on all parts
  • Provide the customer with repair options

PMR-1 Preventative Maintenance Repair Level 1

  • Complete evaluation of each individual conveyor
  • Document wear & tear on all parts
  • Affect any required minor repair within pre-set monetary amount
  • Provide the customer with repair option on major repairs

PMR-2 Preventative Maintenance Repair Level 2

  • Complete evaluation of each individual conveyor
  • Document & report wear & tear on all parts
  • Affect any required repair using the customers’ spare parts inventory
  • Maintain the customer spare parts inventory (Customer purchased parts)
